After visiting Cambodia several times and experiencing firsthand the warmth, kindness, and hospitality of the Cambodian people, I’ve decided to make it my home. What we do
Hidden Gems Cambodia sets up your listing and ensures your property is available on all major booking platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, Stays, and Agoda) and provides regular updates, allowing you to monitor performance and track your earnings.
We put in the work
Our goal is to maximise your property's earning potential by maintaining prompt communication with guests and implementing data-driven marketing strategies. We handle the check-in and check-out of all guests and take full responsibility for preparing your apartment to ensure it’s ready to go.
We handle pricing for you
We will personally handle pricing strategies that target current market trends and adjust accordingly.
How it works

Inspection
We will inspect your property and note items that need attention in order for us to proceed with the management of your listing.

2. Photography & Listing Set-up
After addressing any necessary improvements, we will professionally photograph your property and begin setting up listing profiles on the relevant platforms.

Ready to Earn
Once the listing is created and live it will be available for booking on all major platforms.
We will manage all guest communications, from check-in to check-out.
Payments will be directly deposited into your designated account, and we will invoice you a 25% fee.

If you already have a listing and need assistance or prefer it to be fully managed, we’d be happy to co-host with you—saving you time, money, and stress.
